Over the last 40 years, Vivid Impact has remained a leader in the graphics communications industry because of our continual efforts to pursue excellence. It is with these beliefs that we launch our internal Good-to-Brilliant Initiative to ensure that Vivid remains a member of the Louisville community for years to come.

This multifaceted initiative calls on all parties, management and team members, to play their role in shifting our culture from good to brilliant. Serving our customer is at the core of what we do. This initiative is designed to better align with our mission and build to our vision by addressing each project with a customer-centric approach.

Where is this initiative coming from? Well, we are not starting from scratch. We are fortunate to have a group of outstanding team members, who already embody these qualities and preform them on an operational basis daily. But, as we are constantly pushing to be better we have outlined the standards to which we will all hold ourselves accountable.

Value for the customer: This is a Team member who has “I can help you with that” on the tip of their tongue, and the follow-through to make sure you receive what you were looking for.
